How returns and refunds work for Faith & Focus books, planners, and journals.

Purchases made on Amazon

Our products are sold through Amazon. Returns, refunds, and exchanges for a purchase are handled by Amazon under its return policy.

1. Sign in to your Amazon account.
2. Open Your Orders and find the item.
3. Choose the return or refund option Amazon shows for that order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, start with your Amazon order so Amazon can replace or refund it. You are also welcome to email us so we know what happened.

Free journal gift

The free journal is a gift with a qualifying purchase, so it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If you have a question about your claim, email us with your order details.
